construction project manager for a full-time, office-based position with a company known for delivering ultra-custom, high-end residential estates. qualifications and responsibilities for this high-end residential construction project manager position include:

• minimum of 5 years of experience managing luxury residential or commercial construction projects.
• lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of multiple high-end construction projects from the office.
• coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure timely, quality project completion.
• communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and architects to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• manage project documentation including contracts, proposals, change orders, and invoices.
• conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
• handle procurement, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• protect client assets and maintain compliance with company protocols and industry regulations.

salary: $110,000 to $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
