Revenue Sharing & NIL:
Manage the deployment of the department's direct-to-athlete revenue-sharing framework under current NCAA regulations and legal settlements. Compliance, Auditing & Public Reporting:
Ensure strict compliance with public institution accounting standards (GASB), state procurement regulations, and central university policies. Direct the preparation and filing of mandatory external reports, including annual NCAA Financial Reports, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) report, and annual audited financial statements.

Capital Infrastructure & Debt Management:
Oversee financial strategy and funding mechanisms for major facility projects, coordinating debt issuance, bond covenants, and donor-gift tracking. Monitor capital project cash flows.
