Manufacturing Technician Core Blue Light 3rd Shift; P

A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be measuring Cores to ensure dimensional acceptance for mold processing. Participating in training and cross training in production areas. Following work instructions to inspect and produce parts of exceptional quality in our Gibsonton, Florida location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Dimensionally inspects Cores by using Blue Light Measurement equipment.
• Record defects to identify where improvements can be made.
• Reviews router instructions and quantity for acceptance, updates and completes daily paperwork and maintains tools and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned and cross-training as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Knowledge of or interest in industrial machinery and ability to perform basic math functions using the metric system.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions and mechanical aptitude to learn blue light equipment software.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
