We’re hiring a Packaging Technician who will play a key role in preparing our medical cannabis products for patients. This role requires precision, compliance, and teamwork to ensure every package is consistent, accurate, and ready for sale.

What You’ll Do

  • Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using metric and standard measurement systems.
  • Operate and maintain weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging equipment.
  • Verify product counts and weights against batch records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Support quality control by inspecting products and packaging for consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs, batch records, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Restock packaging materials and prepare workstations to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and product movement as required.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in production, packaging, food processing, or a regulated industry.
  • Previous experience working with cannabis products or industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
  • Comfort working with weights, measures, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Florida’s medical cannabis program (Level II background check required).

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfort working in a production environment with exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and packaging equipment.
  • PPE required in designated areas.
