Manufacturing Technician ACT Robot / EDM 2nd Shift (C2)

Will ensure proper operation of the machines according to production specifications to produce parts at the Gibsonton, Florida location, meeting acceptable quality standards.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Verify that physical parts serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router and open work instructions to ensure proper process, tools, and methods will be used.
- Perform the operation according to engineering specifications and quality standards examining finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Sign router after operation completion, complete paperwork on the computer (Mercury) and move processed parts to the next area.
- Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced continuously performing improvement analysis.
- Assist on tooling setups and changeovers.
- Other duties may be assigned and cross training as needed.
- Evidence of a completed High School or GED.
- Previous experience in semi‑automatic equipment, manufacturing or programming is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to stand during working hours for long periods of time.
- Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
- This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
