The Production Technician is an integral part of our Manufacturing team based out of our US - Sarasota, FL site.

Hourly rate range for this position is $17.50 – $17.50.

Phibro Biotechnics is a worldwide leader in the development of bioproducts for a large range of bioremediation and bioaugmentation applications. We are seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our Production group in this full-time, entry-level position. This position is 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, with some mandatory overtime.

• Operation, care and routine maintenance of production fermentation processing equipment
• Assembly and disassembly of valves and manufacturing equipment
• Clean and sanitize workroom and equipment between each production run
• Accurately weigh raw material for production
• Participate in inventory counts
• Perform daily duties safely in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including general cleaning duties for plant and employee safety
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP practices
• All manufacturing activities will be performed according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• High School diploma and/or 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• We will train the right candidate

• Stand for more than three hours at a time without a break
