• Authenticate and evaluate collectible paper money using PMG’s established grading standards.
• Assign accurate numerical grades based on condition using the Sheldon Grading Scale.
• Identify signs of alterations, restoration work, and counterfeit notes with precision.
• Record grading notes and item details accurately in internal systems.
• Meet production and accuracy goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Collaborate with peers and senior graders to ensure consistency and quality control.

• Previous experience in paper money, or as a knowledgeable dealer/collector with a strong understanding of grading concepts.
• Proven ability to work with precision and consistency in a production-based environment.
• Strong observational and critical thinking skills for detecting subtle defects or authenticity issues.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tracking systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of integrity.
• High School diploma or GED required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sarasota, FL, Monday through Friday.
