Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an Assembly Production Operator to join its CGC Comics division in Sarasota, FL
. This entry-level position requires no prior production experience and offers an opportunity to begin a career in the collectibles industry.

Base Pay Range$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Location and
Schedule:
Sarasota, FL, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm.
- Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.
- Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes.
- Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns.
- Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.
- 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior production or operations experience not required.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
- Hourly rate of $16/hr.
