We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual who loves working with their hands and vehicles in their front yard. No plastics industry experience or prior maintenance technician experience is required. We are looking for someone with passion, a great attitude, and a desire to learn and grow under experienced professionals.

• Building maintenance
• Equipment and tool maintenance
• Forklift maintenance

• Maintain building operations through electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic repairs as needed.
• Maintain production operations through equipment repairs and upkeep (compressors, chillers, hand tools, media blaster, paint equipment).
• Recommend new equipment and outside service repairs when needed.
• Maintain an operational forklift through forklift maintenance and upkeep.
• Properly fill out all maintenance records.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work and grow in a team-oriented work environment.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs.
