Seeking a Plant Manager with a precast concrete background (this is a must to be considered) and prior experience as a Project Manager. The focus of this role is running an efficient operation while aligning production with project schedules and commitments.

• Oversee daily plant operations, production flow, and scheduling
• Lead and manage plant personnel with clear expectations and accountability
• Align manufacturing output with project timelines and delivery requirements
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and man-hours
• Reduce downtime, rework, and operational inefficiencies
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and field teams

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing
• Previous project management experience
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, and project-driven production
• Proven leadership in a plant or operations environment
• Maintenance or mechanical knowledge is a plus
