Position: Machine Operator 1

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $ 18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Join our team and work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment! As a Machine Operator
, you’ll play a key role in production and assembly processes, including powder manufacturing and packaging.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, Work Instructions, and Production Orders.
• Ensure product quality and perform in-process inspections.
• Complete production paperwork and batch records accurately.
• Set up and tear down machines; assist with troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Perform basic maintenance and general housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
• Work professionally and contribute to team success.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or split shifts as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience (regulated industry preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English.
• Experience using hand tools, pallet jacks, and carts.

• Standing and walking frequently.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
