We are recruiting an experienced Plant Manager for an integrated cement manufacturing operation in Sumterville, FL.
This is a senior site leadership role with responsibility for overall plant performance, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, environmental compliance, cost control and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoLead all major plant operating functions
Drive safe, reliable and efficient plant performance
Develop plant operating goals and long-term improvement plans
Manage production, maintenance and capital improvement priorities
Monitor costs, productivity and plant performance
Build and develop a strong plant leadership team
Maintain effective relationships with employees, regulators, vendors and the local community
What We’re Looking For10+ years experience in the Plant Manager seat ofa cement or lime processing operation.
Demonstrated plant leadership/management responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or related field
Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing, including crushing, grinding and pyroprocessing
Working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams
