Marketing and Membership Assistant; Part-time

JOB SUMMARY

The Florida Justice Association is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Marketing & Membership Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys both creative marketing projects and member-facing engagement tasks. The position requires 15–20 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility.

• Assist with drafting, proofreading, and scheduling email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
• Support the production of marketing materials (graphics, flyers, brochures, event promotions, sponsor recognition).
• Help maintain brand consistency across all communications.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

• Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns, including list management, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Prepare call sheets, reports, and materials for phone banks and special initiatives.
• Support member data entry, updates, and database maintenance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email marketing or CRM/database systems a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, X/Twitter).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in nonprofit, advocacy, or membership association work preferred.
