Marketing Liaison

, you will play a vital role in promoting our community and sharing our story with the world.

As a Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase visibility and awareness of our skilled nursing facility. This includes creating and disseminating promotional materials, managing our social media presence, and building relationships with local partners and organizations. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our administration, admissions, and care staff to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our community, including creating promotional materials, social media content, and communication plans
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and tracking analytics
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, organizations, and community leaders to promote our services and increase visibility
• Collaborate with our admissions team to develop and implement marketing plans to fill available beds
• Assist with event planning and execution, including community events, open houses, and marketing campaigns
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign results, making recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior living and healthcare marketing

• Three (3) or more years of experience in long-term care or related industry
• One (1) to two (2) years sales and/or marketing experience a plus and case management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must understand long-term care business, including census and quality mix goals and referral expectations
