Youth Ministry Director/Pastor

Full-time - $45,000 to $65,000

Rock Harbor Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Ministry Director/Pastor to lead and develop our vibrant youth ministry. This role involves creating a safe and engaging environment for youth to grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships with each other and Jesus. The Youth Ministry Director/Pastor will coordinate youth programs, including weekly gatherings, special events, retreats, and outreach opportunities for middle school and high school students.

As a church within the Evangelical Covenant Church, Rock Harbor has experienced growth and strong community engagement since 2019. Located in Melbourne Beach, FL, we aim to provide authentic Christian community, heartfelt worship, and opportunities for service and outreach.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and lead a team of volunteers passionate about working with students and helping them deepen their faith. This position requires creativity, curriculum planning, mentoring youth, and being an active presence in their lives.

Youth Ministry Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Legal ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum of two years of experience leading a healthy and growing youth ministry.
• Personal commitment to God, with a testimony of conversion to Jesus Christ, fulfilling Biblical standards of church leadership (Romans 10:9).
• Commitment to the ministry of Jesus Christ through RHFL to Catch the W.A.V.E.
• Become an Ambassador of Rock Harbor Church.
• Agreement with the Evangelical Covenant Church’s Affirmations.
• Achieve ordination or credentialing with the ECC, or be an ordained/licensed pastor from another denomination.
• Show a teachable spirit and participate in regular spiritual growth activities.
• Faithfully tithe.

• Annual Compensation: $45,000-$65,000
