The FCS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2011 and located at 5204 Paylor Lane in Sarasota, Florida. The FCS Foundation assists cancer patients across the state of Florida. 100% of donations received go directly toward paying the essential non-medical living expenses of an adult battling cancer.

Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation is seeking Event Volunteers in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for the Celestial Soiree, an annual signature fundraising event to be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at The Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota. This event supports non-medical financial assistance for cancer patients.

• Volunteers will be assigned responsibilities for the evening’s event. Roles may change throughout the event; flexibility is important.
• Examples include greeting and directing guests, registration, selling raffle tickets, overseeing the silent auction area, live auction spotters, silent auction closing, and event breakdown.

• Attire will be black pants and shirt with close-toed shoes.
• NO alcohol during the event.
• Dinner will be provided during the event, and volunteers will be able to take breaks in a designated room as needed.
