Collaborate with our RN to provide high-quality care, including:

• Developing nursing care plans
• Performing physical assessments and medical histories
• Providing nursing care and referring complex issues to physicians
• Administering medications safely
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting issues
• Ensuring medication security
• Adhering to accreditation policies
• Maintaining confidentiality of medical records

Key qualities include diagnostic skills, patience, and empathy. Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current LPN license in the state
• Preferred two years of experience
• Competence in crisis intervention, emergency care, assessments, and psychiatric nursing
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license

• Frequently lift/carry up to 40 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs.; walk, stand, sit, bend, and reach
