RN PICU at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital

We are seeking qualified candidates for the RN PICU role at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital.

What you will do in this role:

• Utilize the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Provide, assist, and supervise direct nursing care to patients, in accordance with physicians' orders.
• Recognize nursing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate’s degree or higher.
• Current State of Florida Registered RN License or recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State licensing requirements, including ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
• Current BLS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• One or more years of experience as a Level III PICU RN.
• Current National Neonatal High-Risk Nursing and STABLE certifications preferred.
