RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) | Hudson, FL

Schedule: Full-time
Shifts: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

We’re seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. In this role, you ll care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment where clinical judgment, swift intervention, and collaboration are key to survival and recovery. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven experience in MICU, SICU, or Cardiac Stepdown (CSU).

• Deliver intensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care
• Administer medications and monitor responses per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on treatments and recovery expectations
• Document examinations, test results, and treatment plans accurately
• Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to promote

• Florida RN license or eligible compact license (FL RN must be obtained within 60 days)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Previous acute care experience is strongly required
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Must have current ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
