Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience)
• Setting: Outpatient and hospital care

The Certified Nurse Midwife will play a vital role in providing comprehensive perinatal, OB/GYN, and family planning care with the support of board-certified OB/GYN physicians and family practitioners. This position emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and integration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver high-quality prenatal, gynecological, and post-partum care in alignment with organizational protocols and ACOG guidelines.
• Conduct physical exams, secure medical histories, and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients on family planning, sexual health, and overall health promotion.
• Provide post-partum counseling, support breastfeeding techniques, and ensure well-baby care coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, community agencies, and external partners to deliver comprehensive care.

• Graduate of an accredited nurse midwifery program.
• Current Florida State license and certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Certifications in PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards and patient-centered care.
