Job Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and working with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights and weights; temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed.
• Reporting all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.

Qualifications

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.
