ER Registered Nurse

Title: ER Registered Nurse – Tallahassee, FL

• Compensation: $27.72–$39.60 per hour based on years of experience
• Sign-On: $10,000 Days; $15,000 Nights
• Relocation: Case by case
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Days, Nights, and Mids; rotating weekends

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages across the ED acuity spectrum

• Prioritize multiple cases; initiate and document plan of care and outcomes

• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe throughput

• Provide discharge instructions, education, and referrals

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and regulatory readiness

Required

• Active Florida or Compact RN license (FL required by start)

• 1 year recent acute-care ED RN experience

• BLS at start; CPI, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days

Preferred

• ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred

• Prior experience in high-volume ED settings

• Hourly base $27.72–$39.60 DOE
