• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of the RN or DON
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health, document changes, and report concerns promptly
• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families through compassionate communication

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
• Strong clinical skills, reliability, and a team‑focused attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
