We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one in‑home care for a patient in Port Richey, Florida. This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary focus of care includes G‑tube management. Candidates must be comfortable working in a home with dogs.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct one‑on‑one nursing care in a home environment
- Perform G‑tube care, feedings, and ongoing monitoring
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in the patient’s condition
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation
- Follow established care plans and collaborate with the supervising RN or healthcare provider
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for the patient
- Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and care team
- Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication, observational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, professional care
