Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life? We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for a 16‑year‑old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator, 2 nights a week. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse who values connection, consistency, and high‑quality, one‑on‑one care in a warm and supportive home setting.

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Monitor and document the patient’s health status
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
• Experience required with tracheostomy care and ventilator management
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

• Current unencumbered LPN or RN license in Florida
• Minimum one year experience as a registered nurse in a supervised setting within the last three years
• Successful completion of the required skills assessment

• CPR certification
• Valid AHCA/Level two background screening
• Negative TB test result
