RN - Home Health

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Nurse with experience in a variety of medical diagnoses, including high-risk conditions. The role involves patient visits to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting.

• Perform cardiopulmonary assessments and basic wound care.
• Manage complex conditions including heart failure, COPD, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, and post-operative care.
• Conduct skilled home health visits, averaging 6-8 per day.
• Administer IV therapies, wound vac changes, and catheter care.
• Utilize glucometers, pro-time machines, and perform venipunctures.
• Documentation using Bay Care scheduling and Ace Timesheet systems.

• Minimum of 1 year of skilled home care experience required; private duty nursing experience is not acceptable.
• OASIS training and experience are mandatory.
• Strong IV skills and wound care management experience are necessary.
• Valid Florida RN license or compact license required.
• Current certifications, including BCLS.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or valid exemption; flu vaccine required with mandatory mask-wearing at work.
