Location: Tallahassee, FL Employment Type: Full-Time

• Days: 7 AM – 7 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM (Rotating Weekends)

• $27.72 – $33.00/hr (up to 5 years)
• $36.30/hr (10 years)
• $39.60/hr (15+ years)

• Nights: +$3/hr
• Weekends: +$2/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team providing high-quality care in a fast‑paced medical‑surgical and telemetry environment
. This role involves caring for patients who are acutely ill, recovering, or experiencing neurological conditions, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Patient Assessment: Collect comprehensive, accurate patient data and document findings.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient safety and well‑being as a core member of the care team.
• Care Planning: Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses, expected outcomes, and individualized care plans.

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required

• BLS (required)
• ACLS (preferred; required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

• Active Compact RN License acceptable
• Must obtain Florida RN License if not already held
