The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home‑health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in the Hobe Sound area.

As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments, determining any patient home‑care needs, and assisting in developing and implementing the plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case‑management model.

• Trach/Vent and GT/Supra Pubic – must have experience
• Available every other weekend
• Active Registered Nurse License required
• Must have a minimum of 1-year clinical experience
• Home Health / HCHB experience a plus
