Location: Starke
Main Street Family Care in Starke, FL is seeking PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to cover multiple clinics in the region. You will provide urgent and primary care, perform minor procedures, interpret EKGs, review X-rays with radiology, and deliver care across all ages in a fast-paced setting. Shifts are planned approximately two months in advance with clinic hours:
Main Street Clinic 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
weekdays and 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. weekends;
Kids Street locations offer similar hours.
