We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow established care plans, safety protocols, and clinical procedures.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care.
- Candidates must provide screenshots of their nursing license and BLS certification.
- Compact licenses must be issued in the candidate's primary state of residence.
- Nursing licenses must be in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions.
- BLS certification must meet the required validity period.
