About the Role:

As an LPN / RN at Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing skilled nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Providing emotional support and compassion to patients and families

What We Offer:

• Hourly Wage: $27.50 - $37.00

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
