Big Bend Hospice is seeking an On-Call LPN to provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care under RN supervision in the Tallahassee region. You will monitor symptoms, administer medications, and document visits in Matrix Care, ensuring timely communication with the RN Case Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida LPN license with at least one year of medical/surgical inpatient experience; hospice/home health exposure is preferred.
