An exciting opportunity is available for a Lead Veterinarian to join a growing team and provide leadership across multiple practices in the Tampa and Sarasota area. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about both clinical work and team development, offering a balance of direct patient care and operational leadership.

The position is designed for a veterinarian who wants to expand into a broader leadership capacity while continuing hands‑on clinical work. It blends patient care, mentoring, and operational support, making it a strong next step for those interested in regional influence and collaboration.

• Deliver high-quality medical care and client service.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinarians, including recent graduates.
• Collaborate with local teams to enhance efficiency, workflows, and client satisfaction.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Assist with practice operations, scheduling, and performance review.
• Promote compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
• Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in Florida)
• 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
