As a Landscaping Team Member at A Cut Above Landscaping, you’ll be part of a skilled crew responsible for transforming and maintaining outdoor spaces through planting, mulching, trimming, sod installation, hardscaping, and more. You’ll work hands-on with tools and materials to bring each project to life, all while upholding high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, and are eager to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

Experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates ready to learn.

• You don’t show up on time–no “I’m OTW” (Early is on time, on time is late)
• Don’t follow instructions or need constant direction.
• Don’t handle working in extreme heat well.
• Considering this position is a 9-5 type job. This is not that kind of position.
• Don’t pay attention to the fine details.
• You don’t take pride in your appearance.
