Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive medical care
, including diagnosis
, treatment
, surgery
, and preventative medicineMentor and lead veterinary staff including technicians and assistants
Manage daily operations
, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationImplement innovative process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
Foster lasting relationships with clients and local referral sources to ensure outstanding service and care
Champion a positive, team-centered culture and uphold clinical excellence across the practice
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
Licensed veterinarian in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)
2–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory veterinary role
Proven leadership and management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to mentorship
