Are you ready to trade a desk for the dock? Cape Haze Marina is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our crew as Dockhand. Whether you're a seasoned boater or just love being near the water, this is your chance to be part of a vibrant waterfront community where no two days are the same.

• Greeting guests with a smile and helping them safely dock and depart
• Securing vessels, connecting electric pedestals, and assisting with troubleshooting
• Answering questions about the marina, area attractions, and available amenities
• Helping with reservations, transient rates, and guest services
• Maintaining clean and safe docks, restrooms, and common areas
• Supporting general maintenance tasks and following safety protocols
• Being a dependable part of a team that takes pride in the details

• A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Weekend availability a must
• Willingness to work outside in all weather
• Boating knowledge or marina experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate
• Team players who take initiative and are ready to grow with us
