• Mentorship & Development:
  Lead the team using internal Level Up training programs and clinical guidance.

• Medical Oversight:
  Serve as Veterinarian of Record; ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards.

• Community Engagement:
  Strengthen relationships with local pet owners and organizations in the Jensen Beach area.

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution or completion of ECFVG/PAVE.

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.

• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

• Active or eligible Florida veterinary license in good standing.
