A partner hospital in Sarasota, FL is urgently seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and experienced team. This family-owned clinic is committed to providing high-quality veterinary care, and they are looking for a veterinarian who shares their passion for animal care and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, surgeries (including orthopedic surgeries), and dental procedures
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate clients on their pets’ health, treatment options, and preventive care
Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinarians and staff members
Manage a varied caseload while growing professionally
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Open to veterinarians of all experience levels
Experience in surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine is a plus
Strong communication skills, able to work independently or as part of a team, and a passion for advancing animal care
