(This is an in-office position)
Schedule/Shift Assigned: 8:30 - 4pm (Part time; 20-25 hours per week) - Needs to have OPEN availability.
* One Weekend Day Required*
Responsibilities:
- Pull product and pack accordingly
- Fulfill customer prescription orders
- Conduct calls to customers regarding pet status
- Detail-orientation and customer service
Requirements:
- Preferred experience working within a warehouse/packing or mail order setting
- Preferred general knowledge of pet prevention/vaccines
- Ability to navigate computer systems and using multiple screens
- Customer Service experience required
- HS Diploma or GED Required/Must be at least 18 years old
