Quality Assurance Specialist, Warehousing & Logistics
DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure all processes, procedures, and services meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The role involves implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and implement ISO
9001, ISO
45001, ISO
14001 requirements for DSV locations. - Perform internal QHSE audits and external Supplier audits as needed.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on local HSE laws and monitor compliance.
- Coordinate environmental activities and review key environmental documents for ISO 14001 compliance.
- Identify and evaluate Customer/Industry requirements and support customer audits.
Work Experience/Skills/Training:
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Quality Auditing Experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Certified Quality Auditor and OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
Skills:
- Mathematical skills for calculating costs and rates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of ocean freight logistics and customs regulations.
- Understanding of trade laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software and systems preferred.

The expected base pay for this position is $62,500 - $84,500 per year. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
