WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Quality Manager will be in charge of the facility's performance and will implement quality control standards to make sure the contract's expectations are met. You'll work independently and will respond quickly to calls when you're needed. This position works closely with the government, so 24/7 on‑call availability is a must. If you can handle that, you'll receive:

- Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- Completion of an OSHA 30‑hour construction safety class
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of experience developing and administering a quality control program for 24/7 mission‑critical facilities that are 1,000,000+ sq ft.
- Ability to be on‑call 24/7 and be on‑site within one hour of the government's request
- High school degree or equivalent
