Full Time Bartender at Cheeca Lodge & Spa:
Mastering the Art of Island-Inspired Hospitality
Cheeca Lodge & Spa, renowned for its luxurious setting in Islamorada, is looking for a dynamic Bartender to bring energy and expertise to our diverse bars, including two lively Tiki Pool Bars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, using their names to create a personalized experience.
- Offer expert knowledge on our extensive range of beers, wines, and custom‑created island‑inspired cocktails.
- Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring each visitor feels valued and well‑cared‑for.
Bar Management:
- Skillfully manage bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Securely manage inventory and bar equipment, maintaining the bar's welcoming ambiance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- No head/neck/face tattoos or facial piercings
