• Understand and practice our mission, values, and objectives
• Ensure guests at the front cash register and/or drive‑thru receive a warm welcome
• Account for cash and credit card transactions at the register
• Prepare and fulfill take‑out orders, answer the front phone; or expedite food to tables
• Ensure all guests are taken care of whether they’re dining in or ordering take‑out

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work with accuracy
