Location:
Tallahassee, FL.
- Assemble and package menu items to company standards.
- Prepare all food items to company standards.
- Hold and store food items to follow food safety guidelines.
- Assist in front‑of‑house operations as necessary.
- Unpack and store incoming inventory deliveries.
- Inform management when any back‑of‑house equipment needs service or when inventory is needed.
- Clean kitchen and storage areas.
- Take out trash.
- Clean and maintain equipment to company standards.
- Maintain physical condition appropriate to performance of duties, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead.
- Maintain effective audio‑visual discrimination and perception needed for making observations, communicating with others, and reading and writing.
- Work 9‑28 hours per week.
- Complete in‑store training program.
