• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
• Washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and keeping the dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Following sanitation and cleaning procedures, including maintaining a clean, dry floor and ensuring trashcans and boxes are removed properly.
• Ensuring equipment is working properly and reporting any issues to management immediately.

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
