OTO Development is hiring a Server to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Pay Scale: $8.72 - $22.85/hour (rate depends on state/market and experience).
Physical RequirementsPhysically demanding position. Must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol.
- Consistently maintain a friendly, relaxing, and courteous demeanor that ensures guest satisfaction.
- Record guests' choices, transmit orders to bar and kitchen, and provide knowledgeable recommendations as necessary.
- Inform kitchen staff of times, updates, or changes to guest orders.
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar, along with accompanying condiments as needed.
- Issue bills & collect payment, including room charges, credit card payments, or cash with correct change.
- Assist other servers as needed.
- Professional, motivated, and driven individual.
- Enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with taking orders, serving food, clean‑up, routine side‑work, special event set‑up/service, and assisting with food preparation.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Able to stand on one foot for long periods and lift/manipulate heavy trays.
