Position
Bricktop's Miramar Beach is currently seeking exceptional candidates with a passion for hospitality. We are a from-scratch restaurant serving steaks, salads, seafood, sushi, and sandwiches; we have something for everyone. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented restaurant environment.
Pay Range$100.00/daily - $300.00/daily. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Requirements- Great attitude.
- Hospitable personality.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Greeting incoming guests.
- Answering the phone.
- Seat parties when their table is ready.
- Previous experience not required; in‑depth training provided from the outset.
- Competitive compensation, $100-$300 a day.
- Medical/dental benefits are available after a year.
- Flexible scheduling, part‑time and full‑time positions available. Some weekend availability is required.
