Ensure that the dining facility is cleaned and sanitized daily;
Perform work in accordance with the cleaning schedule;
Maintain compliances of sanitation and food safety standards;
Ensure that proper procedures, temperatures and time periods are adhered to during food preparation and serving;
Clean dining area, dishwashing room, pot and pan area, self-service area. and outside area;
Clean all non-food contact surfaces and clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces.
