PM Barista

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a Starbucks Barista for the PM Shift

Starbucks is looking for Baristas to join our team! We are looking for part time employees to work the weekends. We are looking for fun, motivated, and hardworking people to join our team.

Essential Functions:

• Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile, hand them their drink order, and ask if they’re enjoying their drink order.
• Take drink orders from customers while paying attention to details such as preferences of drinks, food, beverage preferences etc.
• Prepare beverages following recipes exactly as specified by the recipe list
• Serve beverages, snacks, and pastries from a stock that has been properly stored throughout the shift.
• Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards)
• Cleaning duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

• Experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with manager about problems or questions that arise in the line of work.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (optional)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (optional)

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
