Leon County Jail dining services, operated by Aramark, seeks a Food Service Manager to lead a Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility. You will supervise the front-of-house operations, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with the Food Service Director to deliver a finished product to customers.
Responsibilities include coaching, maintaining client rapport, achieving financial targets, and implementing Aramark processes to optimize margins while training the team for consistent service
